Throughout my education my writing has improved immensely. In ten years my vocabulary has improved,sentences have expressed my thoughts thoroughly, and and paragraphs have increased in size. However there are a few lessons that my brain has never grasped the concept of. Now furthering my education, I have learned to identify my common mistakes, or what I like to call the roadblocks of my writing.
1. Sentences that are too wordy
2. Spelling errors are very common in my writing.
3. I have difficulty differentiating when to use affect and effect.
4. Unnecessary commas
5. Using the same adjectives.
